General Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Summer Rockz mobile application (the "App"), published by ECCF AQUITAINE EURL, registered office at 25 rue de Villedieu, 50000 Saint-Lô, registered under 847 971 942 R.C.S. Coutances ("Summer Rockz", "we", "us"). The App provides a nightlife and events service (event catalogue, reservations, venue maps and navigation) and includes CONNECT, a community feature that lets adult members discover and chat with other members of the Summer Rockz community.
2. Acceptance
Using the App implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Access to the CONNECT feature additionally requires acceptance of the CONNECT Community Agreement set out in Section 5.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Registration is open to any adult (18 years or older) with a valid Summer Rockz reservation code. Access to CONNECT is restricted to adult users. We use Apple's Declared Age Range to confirm that a user is in the adult age range before granting access to CONNECT. We may suspend any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
4. General Conduct
You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully. Any hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited across the App. Additional, stricter rules apply to the CONNECT feature, set out below.
5. CONNECT Community Agreement
5.1 Scope and acceptance CONNECT is the community feature of the App. Before using CONNECT, you must accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use CONNECT. By accepting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. CONNECT is a community layer inside the events experience; it is not a standalone dating service. 5.2 Zero tolerance There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users on CONNECT. Content or behaviour that violates this Agreement may be removed and the responsible account suspended or permanently banned, without notice and without refund. Severe violations result in an immediate permanent ban. 5.3 Prohibited content and conduct You must not post, send, or share, and must not engage in: Any sexual or abusive content involving minors, or any sexualisation of minors. This is reported to the relevant authorities. Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any person. Hate speech or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or unsolicited sexual advances. Violence, incitement to violence, or promotion of self-harm. Sharing another person's private information without consent ("doxxing"). Impersonation, fake profiles, scams, fraud, or solicitation/prostitution. Spam, advertising, or off-platform recruitment. Any illegal activity, sale of illegal goods, or content infringing third-party rights. 5.4 Your content You are solely responsible for the profile information, photos, and messages you share. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content within the App for the purpose of operating CONNECT. You must keep your profile accurate and must not misrepresent your identity. 5.5 Reporting and blocking Every user profile and every chat includes a Report option and a Block option. You can report objectionable content or behaviour at any time and block any user immediately. A blocked user can no longer contact you or view your profile. 5.6 Moderation and our 24-hour commitment We review reports and act on objectionable content and abusive users within 24 hours. Action may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or permanently banning the account, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement. You have no right to a refund following enforcement. 5.7 Safety when meeting other users CONNECT lets you interact with other members. We do not conduct background checks and are not responsible for the conduct of users, online or offline. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your judgement. 5.8 No warranty / liability CONNECT is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for the conduct of other users and for any content shared through the feature.
6. Intellectual Property
All content of the App, other than user-generated content, is the property of Summer Rockz.
7. Account termination and deletion
You may stop using CONNECT at any time and delete your account in the App under Settings > Account > Delete account, or at https://webapp.summerrockz.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
